Who is responsible
LevelPing is run by Juan Jesús Cobo Gómez, NIF 77343450Q, professional and contact address c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (Spain), reachable at info@levelping.com. That is the data controller for everything below, under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law. Your data is processed to run the service you asked for and to bill it — never sold, never used to profile you for advertising.
What we store
Your email address, the alerts you create, the channels you connect and the history of alerts that fired, plus what you send us if you make a complaint (below). That is the whole of it: we never ask for an exchange credential, and we do not store your name or your address. If you subscribe, Stripe collects the billing address it needs to work out your VAT and keeps it on their side; all we hold is their customer id.
What we never touch
LevelPing reads public market data only. It never connects to your exchange account, never asks for API keys, cannot see your balances and cannot place orders.
Third parties
- Exchanges (Binance, Hyperliquid, Bybit, Coinbase): we read their public price feeds. They receive no data about you.
- Telegram: if you connect it, we store your chat id in order to send messages there.
- Stripe: handles payments if you subscribe, including the billing address and, if you give it, the VAT number on your invoice. Card details never reach our servers.
- Our mail server: sends your sign-in links, email alerts and complaint receipts.
Complaints
If you complain through our complaint form, by email, by phone or by post, we process your name, your email and what you tell us to give you a reference code, a receipt and an answer, as Spanish consumer law requires (art. 6.1.c GDPR; art. 21 of the consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). We do not record your IP address with it. We keep each complaint and our reply for 24 months after closing it, then delete it; deleting your account does not delete them sooner, because we may need them to prove how we handled it. If you use the official complaint forms or Hoj@, the Andalusian Government also processes your data, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
One cookie, holding your session so you stay signed in. No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, nothing sold or shared.
Your rights
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Deleting it removes your alerts, channels and history immediately. To access, correct, port or object to the processing of your data, write to info@levelping.com. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Retention
Alert history is kept for 30 days on the free plan and for the life of the account on the paid ones. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes; sessions after 60 days.
